I have unsuccessfully researched my father's family. The most information that I could get out of my father is the names of his brothers and sisters. I also found out that his father Richard Harry Dual was orphaned on the wagon trail when his parents died and was adopted by the Dual's in St. Joseph MO.
I do know this: Richard Harry Dual married Iva Louella Straw. Their children are/were Monte Dual 01/04/1931 living in Moline IL., George Dual buried in Walnut Tree CA., Raymond Dual, Richard Dual died 07-25-92 in Longview WA., Bill Dual, Charles Dual died 01-25-01 in Portland OR., Mary Ellen Gorton (?), Shirley Alice.
I have also researched my mother's family but have run into a dead end with my grandmother Etta Belle Treat. We know that she was born and raised on an indian reservation in Oklahoma. We also know that her mother's name was Kitty and that she was married several times. Etta Osborn married Huston Robison and had the following children: Edna, Corey,Goldie,Phyliss,Bonnie,Pauline, Alberta,Lavern and Rose.
