Hi I have set up this page in the hope that someone out there in cyberspace will read it.
My aim is to trace the name DUCKWORTH, and create mine and other family trees.

You may be interested to know that I have traced the name back to the thirteenth century when a family lived in Oswaldtwistle Uk.

The name was brought to England by the saxons.

The name is also accossiated with the Knights of Hospitallers back in 1292. They were crusaders in Jerusalem.

I look forward to hearing from anyone who has information.
