I searched www.ellisisland.org for info of my grandparents arrival... The Mazza's,Borsic's,Samic's,Vigorito's.....I also inculded ancestors and decendants of my extended family. I had a lot of info in writing and by ear of my Father's side and my Mother's side, so it was easy to locate the dates of arrivals. I am very proud of my Italian-Serbian heritage... both sides of my families were very good, loving,caring,interesting people. Since my Mother, Mary Borsich Mazza, passed away in 1966, I am dedicating this to her. She missed so much in life but I know she is always with me! I am very anxious to hear from other people relatives of the town of CorletoMonteforte,Salerno,Italy or the Samic's or Borsic's from Yugoslavia.My Grandmother left Father, Mother, and sisters to come to America... I wish I could find info about them... also any Mazza's or Salerno's from Corleto Monteforte, Salerno,Italy.
