We have just begun to put together the Dugan Family Tree. My goal is to go as far back with the "Dugan" name as I possibly can. I am quickly gaining a real respect for those of you out there that have worked on genealogy over the years. I can only imagine how hard this was before the "web".

I am amazed that earlier generations did not keep track of family better than they did, at least in our family. I have only been able to go back to my great great great gradfather with the "Dugan" name. That seems amazing to me that earlier generations just didn't leave that information for us. Well I am off to begin this journey. Feel free to give me advice and/or sugestions.
