I am trying to trace the ancestors of my granfather William Dunn
who died in 1940 aged 66 years
He married Elizabeth Causer and they had 11 children (9 boys and 2 girls)
He lived most of his life in Buton on Trent and also died there but I believe he was born in Old Baseford Nottingham
I am also trying to trace my maternal Grandparents His name was Thomas Raven and her name was Alice Brown who had origanilly been married to Thomas Norton.
I have recently found a photograph of Alice's sister a Polly Littler and family who emigrated to Canada between the two wars
