I am searching for any information that would complete my family history. So far I do have the basics, where we came from and when and it's a total of approx.6 generations. My grandmother was Delmar McMickin Fike, she married James Everett Fike on March 13, 1926.My great-grandfather's name was Enoch Presley McMickin. The book with the history I have I acquired from a cousin, I had never met, until this family tree showed up Toni Coomer, from Como, Mississippi. My family tree book says, that the McMickin Family enjoy family reunions on the first Sunday in July, annually, at Bide-A-Wee, the summer cottage of Presley and Ada McMickin, at Sunset beach on the Tenn River, 14 miles west of Florence, Ala. A Mrs. Ada Love McMickin composed the book in June 1973, with the help of the family and cemeteries, and bibles, courthouse records etc..If you can add to this info please do so.
