Karl Kusch and Julia Belak came to Canada from Danzig and settled in Ontario before moving to Saskatchewan. They were part of the Saskatoon Temperance Colony arriving in the middle of a snowstorm in 1883. Their children were Frank, Julia, Mathilda, Mary,Charles, John,and Henry.

My grandfather married Bertha Tadei. Their children were Charles, Martha, Blanche, Beatrice, Valentine, Fred, Evelyn, Charlotte, Alfred, Wilfred, Albert and Dorothy

the Tadei family settled in the Rosthern area of Saskatchewan about the same time. The children were Bertha, Minnie, Margaret, Marie, Emma, Edward, Emil and Henry.
