Marge is a first generation American which makes her family much easier to research. Her mother Julia O'Neill and father Thomas Reynolds came from Ireland separately, met in New Haven Connecticut, married and eventually moved to Haddam Connecticut where Marge (Margaret) and her brothers Thomas Jr, James, John and her sisters Elizabeth and Julia were born.
The Dunn family is somewhat harder to trace since they came to America sometime prior to l854. We do know that Grandfather Michael Dunn was born in Worcester Massachusetts on January 10, 1854. His father was Michael Dunn and his mother Catherine. Birthplace of both is listed on Michael's bith certificat as Ireland (no towns provided) Records obtained from Ellis Island indicate that a Michael and Catherine Walsh Dunn of Kildare were processed through Ellis Island as were Michael Edward Dunn of Sagarth, Ireland and a Catherine Walsh Dunn of County Kilkenney.
Marge's father Thomas J Reynolds was born in Mohill, County Leitrim, Ireland. Her Mother was born in Lisnalae, Tullaroan, County Kilkenny.
