Greenberry Roden was my GGG Grandfather. He lived in Wayne County Tennessee during the 1820s. His son Green B. lived in Wayne Co. area most of his life. My Great Grandfather John was born 1829 in Wayne County. His mother Catherine is buried at Garfield Cemetery near Thayer, Missouri.(See Virtual Cemetery) John's wife Cynthia is buried there also. John, his son John Levi, and Louisa Smith Rawdon are buried at Stroud, Okla.
They migrated from Tennessee to Oregon County, Missouri to Creek County, Okla. Several of John & Louisa's children are buried at Stroud, Ok.
A family reunion is held the first Sunday in October. This year it is at Ralph Rawdon's home, Drumright, Oklahoma.
