I am researching the DUNCAN & ALDERSON families from Halifax County VA. Darby Duncan, the earliest Duncan I have been able to locate had six children, one of which was Henderson Duncan my 2nd great-grandfather. Henderson was married to Anna (Ollison) Alderson and this union produced thirteen children.
