I have been doing basic research for 8 years. All of my focus has been on completing 7 generations or less per branch. The Duncan line for me descends from George Duncan and Ann Hall in Virginia. I have spoken to many researchers of this family and no one has been able to prove our connection past this ancestor.

The main family lines are scotch - irish. It appears the great majority of my families settled in Middle TN.(Sumner Co.) from Virginia.

I am interested in getting a family reunion together one day or helping someone do it.

My main surnames are Gregory, Buchanan, Caldwell, Henry, Westerfield, Newman, Lauderdale, Dickerson and Hunter.
