I'm a beginning genealogist trying to discover information about my father's family that I never knew. My father died when I was very young and he was distant from his family of origin, so I never got to know this side of my family. I know very, very little, but to date this is all I know. The internet provides very little on Polk County and Greene County archives right now. so, until I can travel or get more documents, this is all I have.
