My research started with wanting to know more about my father who died 12 days before my 7th birthday. He left behind seven children, I am the youngest. The tragedy so impacted out mother that we never knew much about our father, nor did we ever get the chance to really know him. In piecing together bits and pieces of facts I have started to know more about the man, Capt. Ralph Monroe Duncan (1920-1971).
