I started research on this family in about the year 2000. I didn't know enough about my family at the time to limit the research to my own branch of the family tree. Consequently, I have amassed a great deal of info regarding most of the Kittredge lines here in America.
The purpose of this site is to perpetuate all the Kittredge family here in America through the sharing and exploring of information. It is not limited to my own line though I sincerely hope that all who fit into my line will contact me and bask in the richness of our heritage. For those in my line, I have a CD available to you free of charge. For all other Kittredge's, I willingly share this CD with you for a nominal charge of $25.00. I am happy to look up your ancestor in my files before you purchase said CD to be sure I have your ancestor listed. The CD was created on Family Tree Maker, version 10, software.
I have spent four years of my time and life to the research of this family and an out-of-pocket expense of over $4000.00. I did it for the love of family and only ask in return that you be willing to share yours with me.
