My Grandfather Albert Victor Henry Eade died some time ago in 1932 at the age of 32. He was born in Secunderabad India in 1900 and had a sisiter born in Ireland, a brother William Charles Eade born in Malta in 1885, and other surviving siblings James Edward, Arthur Barry, and Amy Ethel also born in various places in India. As you can imagine they took some tracing as their father William served nearly 24 years in the British Army, eventually settling in Fareham Hampshire around 1902 - 1904 when demobed. I dont believe my Father Trevor George William knew anything about this history and would have been facinated.
My Great Grandfather William was born in Blendworth Hampshire in 1860 and his father Charles in Petersfield Hampshire in 1826. I have managed to trace his parents who were John Eade and Mary Haben, John was probably born around 1796 perhaps in Headley Hampshire but that is as far as I have got todate in August 2001
