This started as a school project for my daughter, but I wanted to learn more about my family so I've kept going. Hoping to made a few family conections I've heard the adults talk about when I was a child myself. I am trying to make a connection on Koester side to George Custer who was related to my grandmother Viola Koester. She was married to Fredrick Bolte who I know very little about as he died before I was even born.
