In 1860, Owen Olliff was living with David Beasley in Bulloch County, Georgia. Owen Olliff served in the Confederate Army during the Civil War. Owen served under Company “C” of the 11th Battalion, Georgia Volunteer Infantry, Army of Tennessee (Bulloch County Guards). In 1870, Owen Olliff was living with Dianna Parish in Bulloch County, Georgia. In 1880, Owen Olliff was living with his sister, Mary (Olliff) Akins, in Bulloch County, Georgia.
