My name is Angela Eaves. My grandfather was Thomas Joseph Lahert, from Tipperary Ireland. His father was Martin Lahert
This was my mothers father and grandfather.
I have been searching and researching for years with of course the hopes of finding and pieces information together pertaining to the Laherts.
At this point I have alot of pieces and still have not put them together.
Any family out there with any info. will be great.
What I have at this point that is for sure is that my grand dad and ggranddad where from Ireland. The address where my grand father grew up was Gortanahoe, Thurles County Tipperary.
He had a total of 7 brothers and sisters. 5 girls and three boys, one being him.
One sister named Kate who married Bainville resided Ireland
One sister named Margaret who married James Lyons Sr. resided Ireland.
My grandfather Thomas J. Lahert went by the name of Tom his date of birth was 1-26-1899 and his dod was 12-28-1952 in St Louis Mo.
His aunt of sister s name was Mary Sheran married to a Frank Sheran, they lived in St. Louis Mo.. I found immigration records that show a Ellen and Annie Lahert going to live with thier Aunt Mary Sheran. I believe these two are either sisters or nieces to my grandfather??
ALL the other info. I have is sketchy at best and for sure only guesses. If you are a Lahert please add to this family tree.
