This is a site composed of research about my Grandpa Beard's family. My Grandpa's name was Grady Day Beard. My Grandpa lived a very short time on this earth, passing away in his early thirties due to cancer. He was a great family man, devoted to his wife and nine children. I never got the chance to meet my Grandpa Grady, but the testimonials of all the peoples lives that he touched far outweigh anything that I could personally say.

My Grandpa married Rene Susie Bell Rape, the love of his life. They had nine children together- Henry Frank, Margaret Elizabeth, Edgar Lee, J.W.,Robert Glenn, Aaron Wesley, Daniel Carter, Mary Sue, and Alice Ruth. Now I'm sure that most people back in my Grandpa's time did not have nine children, but my Grandpa loved his children very much. He made sure that his children never went without anything that they needed.
