This web site contains genealogy information for our family's. Some of the surnames are:

I am reaching a dead-end on most of my maternal lines. (Allen, Lockwood, Knowlden, Whitney) They all lived in the Newburgh area in the late 1800's. My g-g-grandfather, George Francis Knowlden, came the the US from England in the 1860's with two brothers. One brother joined the Morman's and went west to Salt Lake. I've also been told that we are related to Eli Whitney and Ethan Allen. Any help would be appreciated!
Several Notes:
1. To protect the privacy of my family members, there is no information for anyone born after 1925.
2. All of the Eddy information was gleaned from the Eddy Family Association Book, "The Eddy Family in America" published in 1930, as well as the supplements to that book.
3. Most of the information on my fathers side (Bailey, Bosworth, Harrington, Parsons) from the 1600's forward was researched for my grandparents by a genealogist. Information prior to 1600 was mostly found on the web using research from other people.
4. Most of the Austin information is from the family Bible kept by Chris' g-grandmother, Martha Leonard. The rest of the information was picked up on the web.
5. While I believe that this family tree is correct and accurate and I do my best to ensure there are no errors, I have taken most of this information from other people and have not directly done any of the research myself. (I.E. I haven't been the one snooping around old graveyards and churches!) Therefore, I make NO guarantee's of the accuracy of this data! Please let me know if you see any errors that I should be aware of or if I can provide additional information on any of the "branches" of our tree.
