My family search has taken me on a journey of a lot of unknown and facinating information. I started my search with my grandmother Myrtle Hall who is 77 years old and my great, great aunt Jeanette Williams who turned 80 years old this year 2001 on my mother's side. The stories they have told are beyond words and I often find myself thinking about my family and how they survived, lived and loved. They have been a wealth of information which made my search a little bit easier. I also have my grandmother on my father's side Minnie Edwards, who turned 78 this year 2001. She has been very helpful and informative searching my family on my father's side. I have also been to the family history center here in Chicago. They are full of resources and very informative and helpful as far as using the computer to make your search a bit more easier.
