My family history comes from NC, SC, VA, and TN. Of course EDWARDS will be a part of that history. My family line is through Joseph Cephus (Josephus) Edwards(24 Oct 1849-24 Jun 1940), Jesse T Edwards(21 Apr 1821-19 Dec 1885), James Edwards(20 Sep 1794-1834-1835), Joseph Edwards(1 Feb 1754-7 Sep 1838), John Crawford Edwards(10 Feb 1728-16 Mar 1801).
I'm also researching ADCOCK, my dad's mother, side. They are in Granville, NC. James Newton, Jonathan, JR., Jonathan, SR. Edward Connaway, John, Henry, Edward(came to Essex County, VA in 1660 from York, VA.
I have relatives from Trogdon in Randolph County, NC. This is William I, Solomon, Ezekiel, Keziah Trogdon Luke(she married William C. "Bidd" Luke). She,Keziah, is my great, great grandmother. Her daughter is Vinnie Lee Luke.
