My grandmother began her research 25 years ago on her ex-husband's family. She kept in contact with his siblings and obtained pictures, written and verbal history which led me to the much researched line of Martin (Marc) Hardouin and Madeline de Sauchoy(numerous variations to that spelling) and their son Marc Hardin and Mary Hogue. The information I have fills in the late gaps in the geneology picture. Confirmation has only been obtained through Census records, obituary and newspaper information and verbal family record; however, I feel confident in my findings.
