I am researching the Edwards Family Tree here in Guernsey in the Channel Islands.
We originate from a small hamlet called Norton Ferriss in Kilmington - Somerset, England, the Guernsey branch was started by my Grandfather Mark Edwards in 1902 who was posted here with the 2nd Lincolns after the Boer War.
I have a lot of information taking me back to 1695 although there are a lot of gaps to fill in from the pre 1902 end, I also have a lot of other info. to do with my wifes tree also dating back to 1695 of the name Le Gallias.
any help would be appreciated.
