The Origin of the surname Edwards-Taylor began with my Father. He was born Robert William Edwards.
When his Father Thomas Edward Edwards died at the age of 23 years in the year 1918. Robert was given to his grand parents Mr. & Mrs William Taylor. When Robert applied for his Birth Certificate in 1937 he received an adoption paper with the surname Edwards-Taylor.
Robert used the surname Taylor all of his life. Except when he Married and registering the children.
Wayne Beverly Edwards-Taylor Used the full surname all of his life.
John David and Thomas William used the surname Taylor all of their lives
The Girls Surname changed when they married.
Before Robert William Died he had his name legally changed to Taylor. Robert Brian had his name changed at the same time
