I am researching my family's background. My Father, Lewis Lee Ivie was from Habersham County,GA. He was the son of Thomas Warner and Vassie Mary Ellen (Free) Ivie and My Mother, Gussie Mae (Smith) Ivie is from Jackson County, GA. She is the daughter of Frank Wesley and Ella Bell (Turpin) Smith. I have info on my Grandparents but not on Great-Grandparents. My Father died in 1996 at the age of 75. Father had many brothers and sisters. He was the middle child. There was 5 older and 5 younger.
