Just beginning the research. Most of what I have is from oral history and some court records.
January 2003: For several years now I have research on-line documents and found many names and dates. The thought came to me that there was more to this work than just the list of names and dates. I am but "a babe in the woods" in genealogy, history, and the use of high tec aids such as the personal computer. The more I work, the more I realize my need to further my education in these fields. My desire is to give those that come after me a look into the lives of our ancestors, the hardships they suffered as well as the joys. Also just where in history was our family???
