I am starting on my research of the Hromowyk family. The family originated in Austria, from what I understand. Louis Hromowyk and Anna Zoltako (married) came into the United States in the late 1800's - early 1900's. They settled in Western New York and had four children: Simon, Paul, Mary, and Steven (who died at a young age). Right now I am interested in trying to find out more information on Louis and Anna living in Austria.

I am also looking for information on the English family of Western New York. The name was changed from Angierski to English around the time of World War II. As of now, I can trace back to Joseph English and Agnes Yankowski (married), who lived around the Buffalo area in the early-mid 1900's. Joseph had two brothers, John and Vince, and one sister, Celia. I believe that the family originates in Poland.
