My family roots are tied to southern Indiana. My family surnames include: Childers, Robison/Robinson, Turner, Brewer, Patton, Deckard, Meadows, Tatum, Campfield, Robbins, Shatto, Myrick, Hughes, Fullilove, Kelsey (to name a few of the major lines). We feel our roots started on the Turner side of the clan in TN along with the Childers and Brewers and Turners. The Campfield side started in CT through Ohio to Indiana. Robbins from KY to IN. Childers were in Campbellsburg, IN we know....went to KS and back to Lawrence County, IN. Robinsons ended up in Avoca, IN. We hope that our little bit of information will spread...combine it with your information and let us share and grow.
