SURNAMES : EROVICK/ROTERUD/STIERNA...FOUND IN : NORTH DAKOTA-MINNESTOA-WISCONSIN-WASHINGTON-OREGON-CALIFORNIA
In the interest of learning more about our family, I would like to get any information that any one can provide to me. I will use this information to compile a family history of sort and forward the completed issue to all who respond.
My name is Dennis James Erovick born in Grafton, Wisconsin(1963)
I have 5 sisters - Barbra,Yvonne,Lorna,Janet, and Elida.
My father name = Lawrence "Buck" James Erovick (born 7/14/1920 in Park River North Dakota) and his Father (my Grandfather) was "Anton" Tony Erovick I believe from N.D. also. I know very little about where the Erovick ansestors came from.
My Mothers name = Evelyn Ann Erovick, born 11/11/24 in Adams North Dakota and lived in Grafton North Dakota. Her parents were Oscar Roterud and Mable Elida nee. Johnson (Rapakko was changed to Johnson by her Father, Abraham Hans Rapakko became Abraham Johnson when he left Finland). I have information on this side of the family dating to 1882 when Elias Gustof Stierna (Mable's Grandfather)left Finland.
My mother and father are both originally from North Dakota (Park River area) but moved to Milwaukee Wisconsin in 1945 and have both passed away.
