About Our Family Research

I would like to start by saying that if I have information on my site which is infringing on anyones privacy, please contact me asap and I will remove it.Yet also if you are somehow connected to this family and would like you info added, let me know ok.I do hold most of the info dating from 1940 onwards which I will not display without the permission of the people involved. At this point in time I do not have too much history about our family. However, what I do have I will share with you and if it is of any use to you please feel free to contact me and we can share stories.
On the Evans line:
John Joseph Evans b-1856? Wales marr Mary Ann O'Keefe b-1858 Morpeth NSW Australia, marriage took place in Newcastle NSW Australia 16/10/1883.
Children that we know of:

Elizabeth E Evans b-1884 Newcastle NSW m-1910 Wallsend NSW
It has been suggested that there were more children but as yet not confirmed.Whilst John Daniel was still a young boy,his Dad,John Joseph passed away.No dates available at this time. His Mum went on to re-marry,to an Arthur Shaw in 1901.
John Daniel Evans married Robina(Rebena)Broadfoot in 1911.
Children ranging from eldest to youngest:
John Daniel
Edward Raymond
Robert Alexander
Thomas Leo
Ellen Gwendolyn
William David

Robina was born to parents John Broadfoot & Mary(nee Robinson)Broadfoot in 1893.Her parents migrated to NSW Australia via 2 ships in 1889.John aboard the Oroya and Mary with her 2 daughters,Isabella C-aged 4 and Agnes-aged 2 aboard the Ormuz.Mary was also expecting her 3rd child at the time. After arriving in Australia she gave birth to more children.Again the list below is arranged in aged order to the best of our knowledge.
Isabella C-1885
Robina(Rebena)b-1893 d-1967
Joseph-b-1895 d-1896 -not confirmed
Henry-b-1897 d-1898 - not confirmed
With the last 4 children,we have no dates for births etc,we do beleive that there was a set of twins amongst them.
As I am new to this whole history thing,I promise to tidy this page up as I gain experience.I will however be building the tree's for you to view.If you feel you have any connection whatsoever, please email me and we can sort it through.I would also appreciate any info that you may be able to provide me with,no matter how small it seems, everything means something.
Please enjoy my page, and I am open to constructive critisism if needed.
Thanks everyone

This picture was taken somewhere after 1930.As dates are hard to obtain,we do know that the youngest child(William upon Mum's lap) was born 7/11/1930.He appears to be at least 2 or 3 years old in this photo.Rear L-R:Arthur,Edward Raymond,Eilleen,John,Daniel Jnr,Mary.Front L-R:Ellen Gwendolyn upon John Daniel Snr lap,Lila,Robert Alexander,Robina with William David.Centre Front:Thomas Leo(My Dad)RIP

In the 2nd photo,I am having trouble identifying the ladies in it.Are they related somehow???Do you know them?I beleive the youngest lady sitting at the table is my Auntie Eilleen. The older lady also sitting at table ,I beleive is my grandmother(Robina) but the 2 ladies standing at the rear are a mystery.I obtained this photo when my father passed away and would love to know who the older 2 ladies are.
