We have found some of our ancestors buried in these cemeteries in Baltimore:
Holy Cross (moved to Woodlawn)
Our immigrant Davis and Reese families were engaged in the earliest coppersmelting work in Baltimore, around 1849. The families first lived in the Locust Point and Canton areas, where some remained until their deaths. Others moved to Orangeville, parts of New Jersey, Connecticut, Montana, New York, etc.
Our immediate goal is to untangle all the familial relationship problems caused by so many people with the same given name. We would like to prove that Thomas D. Davis was the son of David W. Davis. We want to place all the Kellys who are resting in the family plot at Baltimore Cemetery in the correct spot of the family tree.
