About Our Family Research


My father (Jerry) and I have been researching our family that came from France in the late 1890's. George Evrard, his wife and four childen traveled from Oshel, France to Ellis Island. Some of the children got married and settled in Pennsylvania and some traveled to Illinois. The family had been coal miners in France and continued that trade in the states.
