Most of my research has been simply by word of mouth from my parents (Robert and Cynthia's maternal grandparents). We are still attempting to locate more information on the Cobb and McCullough families (from their father's side of the family). I believe that will come shortly after futher communication with their grandmother.
Some information "fell" into my hands after the death of their maternal greatgrandmother. I was provided with copies of marriage certificates, birth certificates and death information that provided sufficent information to complete the blanks by simple surname researches. All research has been done on line
However, we have run into many a stumbling block attempting to find physical proof linking the Avey and Cornstalk families of NW Arkansas.
