Myself: Angela Renee Falcsik (Schwartz), DOB: 9-22-64; born in Austin, Tx, moved to CA in 1967, moved and grew up in Rochester, MN in 1967
Paternal - My father's name is Mark Stephen Schwartz,
DOB: 2-19-41 (was Taylor until bio father died in 1945); Biological Grandfather - Harry Taylor, born & died in NY, family is from England. Biological grandmother - Pearl Schwarz (Millman), born in NY, died in Miami, Fla., family is from Russia. Step grandfather - Sol Schwartz, born in NY, lived in Miamai, died in Jacksonville, Fla.
Maternal - My mother's name is Marta Lubinsky (Wilson),
DOB: 8-20-44; my grandmother - Susan Buchanan (Maxim), born in Chigago, IL, died in CA; grandfather, John Wilson, born in ______; died in Las Vegas area, Nevada.
Brothers: Ian Scott Taylor, DOB: 11-8-65 (was Schwartz, changed to Taylor approx. 6 yrs ago); David Israel Schwartz, DOB: 2-28-75
Sister: Cynthia Michelle Naveh (Schwartz), DOB: 5-10-67
My Husband's name: Jeff Alan Falcsik, DOB: 10-6-63
My Daughter's name: Michaela Anne Schwartz, DOB: 10-4-85
My Step Sons' names: Aaron Alan Falcsik, DOB: 8-28-89
Quintin Kelly Falcsik, DOB: 10-11-91
