Hi! I am Dolores D. McGrath,Faubert in search of the McGrath family roots. My father was Edmond Onesieme McGrath b:Nov. 11, 1911 in St-Jean Baptist Tracadie New Brunswick m: July 26, 1937 to: Helene Lachance b: July 26, 1906 they resided in Iroquois Falls, Ontario where they both are buried.
My dad's family is originated from Cork, in Ireland.My greatgreatgrandfather was Michel Steven, McGrath born about 1749,in Cork, Ireland.. The Tracadie records show he was the first person buried in the St. Joseph cemetery in Tracadie. He would have been approx: 70 yrs. old at the time of his death. m: about 1786 to Felicite Bridgite Boissel b: 1771 in Gaspe Pennisula near Griffin's Cove area, daughter of Francois Robert dit LeBreton
