Bastien - I can only get as far back as my father's grandparents. They lived in Ennis, TX. Their names are Ness and Maggie Bastien. They are from Quebeck and moved to Texas, owned a cotton farm and gin and a bank in Ennis. They had several children: William Clarence, Blanch, and Philestine.

Leonard - My mother is gathering more information on her family through her half sister. They have just now been in contact after 40-some-odd years. They are from and Maryland/Virginia area.
