We are part of the Fenske Furniture Company of Chicago, IL, family..............the part that moved down to Miami in 1950 to begin a new furniture company. My husband & I met while in high school in 1953, married in 1957. We have 3 children, Robert IV, Linda Michelle Fenske Fitch who married Dana, and William John, who married Lisa Baldwin in 88. We now are the proud grandparents of Brittany (14) and Brooke (8). This part of the Fenske Family resided in Opalocka where Bob was born 1957 @ Hialeah Hospital. Then in Millington, Tenn. where Linda was born in 61. Bill was born in New Orleans in 64, which is also where we purchased our first home. We also lived in Cherry Point, NC, on base. It was a beautiful place to live.
My husband was in the Marines from 1954 thru 74. Since he has a love affair with uniforms, he became a Metro (Dade County) FL police officer in 75 and retired after Hurricane Andrew (that's another story!) in 94.
