I am looking for the parents and siblings of James W. Spicer and his wife Mary "Polly" Unknown: Dates are from census or Family Bible, they conflict in dates and ages at times. Anyone having a possible connection, please email me at cpzb4@aol.com.

JAMES W. SPICER, SR.
Born: August 1817 [according to 1900 Census].
Place of Birth: Culpeper County or Rappahannock Co. [not sure]
Died: July 25, 1905 [according to Family Bible]
Married: Mary "Polly" last name unknown [NEED HELP ON THIS ONE]

James was listed on the census as a farmer
He appears on the 1840 Rappahannock County Census.
He and his wife and children appear on the 1850 Rapp. Co. Census.
He appears on Culpeper County Census from 1860-1900.

Mary, his wife, died some time after the 1880 census, James was listed as a widower on the 1900 census of Culpeper Co. and was living with his grandson J. "Walter" Spicer. Walter is also referred to as Ward. Ward was listed with his wife Nora and son Cecil on the 1900 Culpeper Co. census.
