to Lieutenant Archibald Finley of the Bucks County Pennsylvania Militia in 1759...
to William Louis Findley in 1813, Harrison County VA (later WV)...
to my grandfather, Everett Eldon Findley, Sr. in 1883 in West Virginia...
to me, Benjamin Flavious Findley, Jr. in 2002 in Pensacola, Florida.

Also included are descendants from both GRANDMOTHER'S lines:

(1) the BARTLETTs (Father's side) in Harrison County and Barbour County, WV. She was Jamima Pearl (Bartlett) Findley, 1887, Barbour County, WV. Descended from Thomas Bartlett in Richmond, VA in 1705 and Benjamin B. Bartlett in Taylor County, WV in 1847.

(2) the DAVISs (Mother's side) in WV. She was Margaret Francis (Davis) Utterback, 1901. Descended from the American Revolutionary soldiers William & Thomas NUZUM from Ireland in 1752 and Sir Malcolm FLEMING in Scotland in 1381.
