My Rourke side of the family lived in Wexford Town, Ireland. They were butchers by trade. My Gt.grandfather was Patrick, married first to Ellen Sinnott in 1858. She died and in 1878, he married Mary Carberry, my Gt.grandmother. His father was Mark Rourke who with other Rourkes, owned a slaughter house off main street, Wexford Town. Patrick was born 1840. In 1901 census, Partick is living at 21 School Street. I have some information on two of Patricks brothers, Tom and Edward, but would like to know more about rest of family. The family are described as cattle dealers and victuallers.
