2. Return of a birth form, State of Illinois, State Board of Health. Gena has copy obtained 3-06, lists place of birth as 5th ward, Monmouth, IlL.
3. Wanda's bible. She listed husband's name and date of birth as 18 Apr 1889. He was 3 years younger than his wife.
4. Wanda's bible. Was in possession of Clark DeVeau. Sent to me by Arla, his widow, April 2006. Bible will be given to one of the Flatley children.
5. St of Illinois "Return of a Birth" from St. Board of Health. Gena has copy obtained 3/06. Lists child, no name, as 6th child of this mother.
6. On back of picture, note by Jim Flatley (Bob's dad). Notation indicates Delbert died of diptheria.

41. Wanda Willit's bible. Wanda lists her name as Ethelyn, other sources list Ethel. Also gives her dob as 12-1-1889. Also gives her married name as Pershing. Lists Ethelyn's middle name of Louisa and dod 25 May 1953.
42. Wanda Willit's bible. Wanda lists dob of 1-1-1900 or 1-7-1900, unable to decipher handwriting. Lists married name of Whiting. This Marjorie would have been Marnie's aunt. It's possible Marnie's mom named her daughter after her sister.
43. Wanda Willit's bible. Wanda lists name as "Mildred" which was her nickname. Also lists her dob correctly and her married name of Davis.
44. Wanda Willit's bible. Wanda lists Ruth's married name of Church, as well as her dob of 8-14-1898.
