I am searching for information on the ancestors and descendants of William Riley Middleton who married Amanda Wolf. They lived in Ohio, but moved to Nickerson? Kansas between 1873 & 1876. Amanda died there between 1884 & 1888. William moved to Jerusalem (Farwell) MI with his 3 youngest children and remarried. His daughters' marriages: Eliza to Alpheus Cornwell, and after his death to Harvey Storey; Bertha to Hugh Winter; Eva to Paul Winter. A son Jay married Agnes Coffell. I am a g.daughter of Hugh and Bertha (Middleton) Winter so am interested in searching both the Middleton and Winter families. Hugh Winter born in MI in 1875 was a son of Wesley J. Winter born 1840 in Norfolk Co. Can. West & Helen Hursh of Isabella Co. MI. Wesley J. was a son of William Winter b. 1800 & Esther Place.
