I am researching the family tree relating to:

Michael Fogarty, born (1829 or 31) in Cassells, Tipperary, Ireland came to Australia on or about 1858. He married Catherine Maher (born 1841 or 43), also from Tipperary, Ireland in 1861 or 1863 in either Sydney or Morpeth.
Catherine died on March 10 1875 in Grafton, NSW.
Michael died on April 27 1903 in Grafton, NSW
They had six children:
John b. 25/1/1863, d. 19/10/1899 in Grafton, NSW

Timothy b. 26/8/1866

Mary Ann b. 1870, d. 1922, m.Michael Patterson 1889

Patience Ann b. 1871, m. Henry Newman 1916

James Francis b.17/5/1873,d.13/9/40 Sydney, m.Margaret Veronica Peoples (1879-1929) at Leichhardt, NSW 1903.They had three children: William Michael b.1904; James b.7/8/1906, d.7/8/1969; Kathleen Mary b.1912 all in Maclean NSW

One male deceased
I think they had three more children -James(b. 21/6/1864, d.1876),Patrick(d.1876) or Michael(b. 1875)
