Looking for the elusive Native American Connection. My great great grandmother claimed to be a daughter to a chief. Her mother was Marie Louise Tetreau, married to Joseph Tessier from sources of research, however Marie supposeably died before her birth of 1832. Marie died in 1810 according to my research so far, and I need to find other information coinciding with the birth of Cesaire Tessier to Joseph Tessier and Marie Tetreau. I have found a native connection to Catherine Miteougoukoue way back through the Monty, Boileau line. Still researching.
