The Gould's went into Monongalia County, Virgina (W.V.)about 1810 or later. They remained there for almost two hundred years. I have been working on this line for a number of years and it seems to hit a dead end when gone back to Pennsyvania and Delaware. George Gold/Gould was born in Pennsylvania and his son James Gould also. George Gould's wife Lydia Watts Atkins was born in Delaware, which gives me a clue they were in Delaware at one time. I would like to share any information with anyone from this family line.
