A reunion is planned for August 23, 2003 in SLO for the family of Joe Lewis, elder brother of N.D. and long-time resident of San Luis Obispo, California.
The Lewis boys settled in California after WWII, migrating from their family home in Tennessee. Their sisters remained with their mother and father in and around the Burlison/Covington area of Western Tennessee.
Our Ancestry has been researched extensively by cousins in Tennessee dating back to Whales and the the late 1700's.
Reunions are held in Tennessee as well as California, every 3 to 5 years. Attendance includes members from accross the US and we are looking forward to stories and photos again in August.
