Updated June 5, 2005

About Our Family Research

I started researching our families about 10 years ago, and have added on the families of my sons spouses, which makes up a very wide-spread and interesting family tree.

  • The Friedmans (565 KB)
The Friedman/Rudaszewski Family came from Lithuania, and Belarus, mostly from Vilnius area. The Binstok/Wolf Families came from Galicia, from Sokal near L'vov. We have spread out to cover many places in the World. Many of our relatives who stayed behind in the "Haym" were slaughtered by the local police, be it Lithuania or Ukrainian and the SS during the terrible time of World War Two, even though in the case of Galicia many of the men had served with the Austrian Army during WWI.
