The Funches Family is one of long standing...

I have successfully traced our history back to slavery and trying to go farther. My search will not end until I know the tribe they stole my ancestors from - was it in AFRICA, INDIA, were my ancestors the native americans that first inhabited this nation.

It seems that the roots were planted in Mississippi. I did find a Funches Rd. in Vicksburg, MS and there was also a Funches Plantation...MMmmmm! There is more to be discovered.

Brothers/Sisters of mine, still screaming for freedom for our ancestor's souls, dreaming of the past...like you were there, knowing that we've come so far, but from where...

A lot of knowledge still left to be uncovered and when I find it, YOU WILL KNOW...the world will know that I have uncovered the treasure that was mine all the time.
