This is a family research project that started for a family reunion for my mothers family--Woodruff. Well, it snowballed and became an obsession for me that has lasted for 10 years. I have uncovered a lot of information that I did not know existed about my family. Such as, military records, places of birth, connections to all the communities, religion and the list goes on. As anyone that is involved with genealogy knows, it never ends, it only keeps changing with the new information you find. This is a just a starting place for me. I have seen in my internet surfing the work that some people have done on their lines and I realize that I am just taking baby steps. But, this is my passion and I hope that you will enjoy it!
